Team building, and staff development are the cornerstones of how I built successful teams at several companies and locations. Having built Production, Operations, Administrative and Sales teams I have won Growth, Profitability, Safety, Quality awards and bonuses at every company I have lent my talents too.
My most recent management project was to launch a local location of Bath Fitter, an international remodeling company, growing it to the 3rd largest location (out of 226) within 4 years winning the national Net Promoter Score (quality) contest in same year while hitting profitability goals each successive year. Installing almost 4000 units in less than 5 years with $20 million in sales.
